It was rumored that former Michigan head coach John Beilein was going to be out as the head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers after the 2019-2020 NBA season concluded.
According to a new report, he’s not going to even make it that far.
Story filed to ESPN: After a brief and tumultuous tenure, John Beilein is leaving as Cleveland’s coach. Associate HC JB Bickerstaff will be elevated to head coach. Beilein’s expected to say goodbye to staff and players on Wednesday upon team’s return from All-Star Break.

Bleacher Report says that J.B. Bickerstaff will be stepping in Beilein’s place as the head coach in Cleveland.
What went wrong for Beilein in Cleveland? He was largely successful at the collegiate level.
