It’s definitely not a typical injury you see with NFL quarterbacks, but Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Joe Burrow has been put on voice rest this week following a throat contusion that occurred during last Sunday’s home loss against the Green Bay Packers. Burrow was even taken to a local hospital following the game as a precautionary move.
Burrow is expected to play on Sunday when the Bengals travel to Detroit to take on the Lions, who are STILL in search of their first victory of the season. According to Head Coach Zac Taylor, “Everything’s going good. We’re just limiting what he has to say and how he’s gotta use his voice through today.”
What do you think, do the Lions FINALLY get their first win of 2021 on Sunday against the Bengals?
