Thursday, February 10th at 3 pm is this year’s NBA Trade Deadline, and the Detroit Pistons seem to be at the front of all the latest rumblings due to one player that is set to return from a right thumb injury.
Pistons Forward Jerami Grant, to many teams, is considered to be “the catch” of this season’s trade deadline as his potential suitors continue to add up by the day.
According to an article from Bleacher Report, many contending teams are interested in Grant’s services that include the likes of the Lakers, Trail Blazers, Knicks, Jazz, Wizards, Celtics, Pacers, Timberwolves, and Kings. Per sources, Pistons General Manager Troy Weaver is asking in return for two first-round picks or one first-round pick plus a high-upside young player.
In 24 games this season, the 27-year-old has totaled 20.1 points per game to go with 4.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per contest.
What do you think the asking price should be for Jerami Grant? Should Troy Weaver get rid of any of his young players in a package deal with Grant?
