Prior to the 2022 NFL Draft getting underway tomorrow night, the Detroit Lions decided to make a quick roster move in exercising the fifth-year option on T.J. Hockenson’s contract.
The former Iowa product has appeared in 40 games through his first three NFL seasons totaling 1,673 yards and 12 touchdowns on 160 catches. Hockenson was selected by the Lions with the 8th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
