For being a second-round pick back in 2012, former Michigan State Spartan Draymond Green has had a storied ten-year NBA career.
During his time with the team that drafted him, the Golden State Warriors, Green has won four NBA Championships, made four All-Star Teams, and earned numerous defensive honors that includes being named the NBA Defensive Player of the Year during the 2016-17 season.
Now, the 32-year-old is entering the last guaranteed year of his contract with the Warriors but still has a player option for the 2023-24 season.
However, the Saginaw, Michigan native may have other plans he wants to try and pursue before he calls it a career….
Green will turn 33 years old after the upcoming 2022-23 season and wants another max contract, but at his age, is he worth that kind of money?
Should Troy Weaver take a flyer on him next offseason?
