Is it time for the Detroit Tigers to move in the fences at Comerica Park?

It was just another quiet Wednesday afternoon at Comerica Park as the slumping Detroit Tigers tried to avoid being swept at the hands off the Houston Astros.

Trailing 2-1 in the bottom of the eighth inning, Riley Greene stepped up with two outs and a runner on first and eventually worked the at-bat to a 3-0 count when this happened…..

This instance was another sign of not just how frustrating the 2022 season has been for the Tigers, but how BIG the dimensions are at Comerica Park.

Numerous players and coaches have gripped about the size of the park (*cough* Nicholas Castellanos *cough), and it’s now reached the point where it’s becoming a constant conversation within the Major League Baseball circles.

Should the Tigers move Comerica Park’s outfield fences in, especially in center field, or does it take away the uniqueness of the ballpark?
