NBA suspends former Michigan State standout Miles Bridges for 30 games

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has suspended former Michigan State Spartan Miles Bridges for 30 games without pay as a result of a domestic violence incident involving the mother of his children.

Bridges did not play at all during the 2022-23 season following his arrest and is currently a free agent.

The Flint native played two collegiate seasons in East Lansing from 2016-18 before being drafted 12th overall in the 2018 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, who then traded Bridges to the Charlotte Hornets on draft night.
