The University of Michigan is bringing back the son of a former legendary Wolverines head coach to its football recruiting staff.

Glenn “Shemy” Schembechler has served as a scout with multiple NFL teams including the Las Vegas Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, Washington Redskins (now Commanders), Chicago Bears, and Kansas City Chiefs. Schembechler began his scouting/recruiting career as the assistant recruiting coordinator at Michigan.

Schembechler was a part of Michigan’s 1997 National Championship team, the Chiefs’ 1996 AFC title team, and the Seahawks’ 2013 Super Bowl title team.
