Brad Holmes and the Detroit Lions made one trade deadline move in bolstering their wide receiver group with the acquisition of former Michigan Wolverine Donovan Peoples-Jones from the Cleveland Browns.
The 24-year-old Peoples-Jones was drafted by the Browns in the sixth-round (187th overall) during the 2020 NFL Draft and appeared in 52 games with Cleveland recording 119 catches for 1,868 yards and 8 touchdowns.
Peoples-Jones played three seasons with the Wolverines from 2017-19.
