The Detroit Tigers have inked 35-year-old veteran pitcher Kenta Maeda to a two-year contract after serving the last three seasons with the Minnesota Twins. Maeda missed the entire 2022 season due to injury.
Maeda, the native of Japan, has pitched in seven Major League seasons between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Twins posting a 65-49 record to go with a 3.92 ERA, 951 strikeouts, and 248 walks.
