The Juwan Howard era is officially over in Ann Arbor after five seasons with his alma mater.

Howard compiled an 87-72 overall record with the Wolverines that included a trip to the Elite Eight and two trips to the Sweet 16 during the first half of his tenure, but the last two seasons saw Michigan plummet to an 18-16 campaign in 2022-23 and an NIT second-round exit followed by an 8-24 finish this past season and no postseason.
