The Detroit Tigers have made their second notable free agency move of the offseason in signing former New York Yankee Gleyber Torres to a one-year, $15 million deal for the upcoming 2025 season.
Torres, the 28-year old native of Venezuela, spent the first seven seasons of his Major League career with the Yankees hitting .266 with 145 HR and 466 RBI.
