Detroit Lions second-year running Jahmyr Gibbs has been named by the National Football League (NFL) as the NFC Offensive Player of the Week following his four-touchdown performance during Sunday night’s regular season finale victory over the Minnesota Vikings.

Also, Gibbs was recognized as the NFC Player of the Month for his individual contributions during December and early January:

During the regular season, the 22-year-old Gibbs totaled 1,412 rushing and 517 receiving yards to go with 20 total touchdowns (16 rushing and 4 receiving).
