As we approach the backend of April, the Detroit Tigers find themselves still atop of the American League Central standings, but not by much, after totaling another winning week that began dropping two of three on the road against the Milwaukee Brewers followed taking three of four at home against an American League Central counterpart in the Kansas City Royals over the weekend.
Out of the seven series played so far, the Tigers have won five of them that includes a home-opening sweep over the lowly Chicago White Sox.
