Celtics rookie Tacko Fall is in concussion protocol after the 7’5″ center hit his head on the ceiling.

Fall says his head struck a “low ceiling” while washing his hands at the team’s practice facility.

At 7-foot-5, Fall is the tallest player in the NBA. He was not available for the team’s season opener Wednesday but is expected to be cleared soon.
