It’s not easy being a pro football fan in Ohio.  With both the Bengals and Browns coming off disastrous seasons, fans are calling for some much-needed herbal treatment.

A petition has been submitted to the State Medical Board of Ohio to make “Bengals/Browns Fan” a condition that qualifies you for medical marijuana.

The board has yet to comment on the petition, but it’s unlikely to be approved.  Submission rules call for “scientific information” on why disorders can be helped by medical cannabis.
