The Summer League rise of Detroit Pistons second round pick Luka Garza has resulted in the former National Player of the Year at Iowa signing a two-way deal with the organization. With a two-way deal, Garza can practice with the Pistons and be available for some NBA games.
Pistons rookie center Luka Garza will sign a two-way deal, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium. Garza, the No. 52 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, had a standout summer league for Detroit.

After coming off the bench during the first two Summer League games, Garza started the final three and helped lead the Pistons to three straight wins while posting a double-double in each.
