Detroit Red Wings Captain Dylan Larkin had himself quite a week last week as the Michigan native was named by the National Hockey League as the First Star of the Week following a seven-point (five goals and two assists) week in three games played that included posting his first career hat trick on Saturday at home against the New Jersey Devils.
The seventh-year pro has compiled 29 points (15 goals and 14 assists) to go with a plus-three rating in 27 games played so far this season.
