A notable name from the University of Southern California football program is departing for the National Football League.
That team he’s going to?
The Detroit Lions.
Brandon Sosna has been with USC for the past few years after spending some time in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns in 2017 and 2018 as a salary-cap and contract analyst.
Sosna has been the right-hand guy to Athletic Director Mike Bohn and was noted as the architect for prying Lincoln Riley away from Oklahoma.
USC made an apparent push to try and keep Sosna with them, but ultimately, an NFL career was too much to keep Sosna in the college circuit.
