In all Detroit Lions fans’ minds, probably the greatest running back to ever play the game, correct?

Well, one of the greatest Lions to ever play in Detroit is getting more well-deserved recognition in being immortalized with a large bronze statue in front of Ford Field that will be unveiled to the public in the fall of 2023.

Sanders will become the first player in franchise history to be immortalized with a statue outside of the stadium.
