Pistons waive Braxton Key, sign Jared Rhoden

The Detroit Pistons are moving on from forward Braxton Key after a brief stint with the organization.

Key went undrafted in 2020 and has appeared in 14 career NBA games between the Philadelphia 76ers and Pistons totaling 5.9 points and 3.6 rebounds per contest. The soon-to-be 26-year-old has played 12 of his 14 career NBA contests with the Pistons.

Rhoden, the 23-year-old, has yet to appear in an NBA game during his rookie campaign after spending four seasons collegiately at Seton Hall.
