According to University of Michigan president Santa Ono and Jim Harbaugh himself, the Harbaugh offseason circus has come to end:

Harbaugh will be entering his ninth season in Ann Arbor and has compiled a 74-25 record that includes a 1-6 bowl record in his eight seasons guiding the Wolverines.

Until next offseason when the Jim Harbaugh to the NFL rumors will surely rear its ugly head once again.
