Lions to sign defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn to a multi-year contract extension

First offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, now defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn.

The Detroit Lions are reportedly getting both of their coordinators back for the upcoming 2023 season.

The 50-year-old Glenn will be entering his third season in Detroit as the team’s defensive coordinator, and this news comes on the heels of Ben Johnson receiving an “enhanced contract” with the Lions roughly a month ago.

Both Glenn and Johnson had interviewed with multiple NFL teams for open head coaching positions.

Lions fans, how happy are you that both coordinators are coming back to Detroit for at least one more season?
