Lions trample Raiders on Monday Night Football, head into Bye Week on a winning note

The final score was not indicative of how had the Detroit Lions beat up on the visiting Las Vegas Raiders under the Monday Night Football primetime lights at Ford Field.

The main storyline in the victory was the Lions’ first-round rookie coming to life in both the running and passing game totaling almost 200 total yards from scrimmage.

Detroit now heads into its Bye Week with a 6-2 record and a two-game lead in the NFC North over the second-place Minnesota Vikings and the second-best record in the NFC.

The Lions will next be in action on Sunday, November 12th against the Los Angeles Chargers on the road at 4:05 pm.
