It wasn’t pretty, but the Detroit Lions were able to overcome four turnovers during their NFC North clash against the Chicago Bears at Ford Field and turn a 26-14 late fourth quarter deficit into a wild 31-26 victory to improve to 8-2 on the season.
The Lions continue to maintain their separation at the top of the NFC North standings with a two and a half game lead over the 6-5 Minnesota Vikings with seven games left to play in the regular season.
Detroit now sets their sights on the annual Thanksgiving game as another NFC North foe in the 4-6 Green Bay Packers travel to Ford Field for a 12:30 pm kickoff.
