After pitching the 2022 season with the Detroit Tigers, lefty reliever Andrew Chafin is back on a one-year deal that includes a club option for a second year in 2025.

The 33-year-old Chafin totaled 57 1/3 innings with the Tigers in 2022 compiling a 2-3 record with a 2.83 ERA, 67 strikeouts, and just 19 walks.

Last season, Chafin split time between the Arizona Diamondbacks and Milwaukee Brewers.
