Lucas Raymond is staying in Detroit for at least the next eight seasons as the rising star forward has been rewarded by the Red Wings for his improved play during his first three seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL).
The 22-year-old and former 4th overall pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft has notched 71 goals and 103 assists in 238 games skated with the Red Wings.
That just leaves Moritz Seider as the final piece of the Red Wings puzzle left to sign to a long term deal….fingers crossed.
