The Detroit Lions will be playing an extra preseason game in 2025 as, for the first time since 1991, they will be playing in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio against Jim Harbaugh’s Los Angeles Chargers.

The Lions are 1-2 all-time in the Hall of Fame Game with their most recent appearance in 1991 resulting in a 14-3 victory over the Denver Broncos.
